14- Most embarrassing moment

my life is an embarrasing moment, but oh i think that the worst moment was when I was at the mall, and I was sitting in the food court waiting for my food, i was with some friends, and a guy came to me (he was sitting with his friends at another table and i noticed he was staring at me) AND I DON’T KNOW WHY BUT HE THOUGHT I WAS DEAF-MUTE, and he started talking in sign language with me, AND I WAS ‘WAT’, and i thought HE was deaf-mute and was asking for some information, idk, i just said ‘i’m sorry i don’t understand you’ and he was like ‘wait, you’re not deaf-mute?’ and i ‘nooooo’ Q and he just turned and went back to his table. That moment still bothers me because what was he thinking? what he wanted? why did he thought I was deaf-mute?
